Veteran Appreciation Cherokee 2017 (VAC), a free, family-oriented fundraising event aimed at raising awareness of veteran outreach and celebrating the sacrifice of our US service members and their families.
This event will be at JJ Biello Park, 175 Brooke Blvd, Woodstock hosted by Atlanta Air Authority, FIT4MOM Woodstock and the Cherokee Parks and Recreation Department, with all proceeds benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project. We invite all friends, family, community members and especially Veterans to join us on Saturday October 7, 2017 from 12pm-4pm for a day of family fun including Live Music, Games, Free Food, Raffle Prizes, Bounce Houses, VSO Speakers and Special Guests.
Atlanta Air Authority is partnering with local service organizations and businesses to donate a new, fully installed HVAC system to a veteran in need.
