Terms and Conditions of Job Application Submission

By submitting my job application to Atlanta Air Authority (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

At-Will Employment: The acceptance of this application or any subsequent entry into an employment relationship, regardless of the position applied for, does not create an actual or implied contract of employment. Employment with the Company is at-will, allowing both the undersigned and the Company to terminate the relationship at any time, without specified notice or reason. Any changes to this arrangement must be in writing and signed by the President/General Manager of the Company.

  6. Probationary Period: My employment with the Company is probationary for the first ninety (90) days. During and after this period, the employment relationship may be terminated at will by either party for any reason.
