Work order #17643272 – Excellent customer experience. Keith called me almost immediately after I entered my search information. I took sealed bids from five contractors and Atlanta Air Authority provided the most comprehensive and clear terms in their proposal. There was less than a $40 difference between them and my low bid on a several thousand dollar project. Because of the clarity of their terms I was very comfortable in awarding them my business. The techs, Cody and Chris, arrived on time and were very professional and pleasant. All of my questions were answered clearly and the installation was neatly and efficiently done. The old unit was hauled off and the work area was cleaned up. Everything was checked to make sure it was working properly before they left. We are now enjoying our new HVAC unit.
